- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Steve will try to oversell insurance. That is his job, to make money and not look after the customers interests. However when I asked for a simple limited liability they will just not sell it, refuse the service to you, pretend they didn't receive the call, I had to call and call about it. The answer was always "we like to overprotect you" they overprotected their bank account and drained mine until I realized it. I called a few other agencies and I was paying 3 times more with them. He even asked for a meeting and through his botox fake smile, and kept trying and trying. My god, what a cheap way to treat customers in main line. I would never recommend his office. I feel really bad for his employees as I am sure his policy is to ripoff anyone and everyone approaches that door. Of course when you actually need him he was never there. Dont make that mistake and go there. Plenty of farmers or other agencies in Main Line.By Eneas Malaj, January 27, 2017
